Welcome to Huracan Evo Rent a Car in Dubai. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from us. By renting a vehicle, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Requirements

1.1. Age: The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years.

1.2. Driving License: A valid driving license from your country of residence is required. An international driving permit (IDP) may be necessary if your license is not in English or Arabic.

1.3. Identification: A valid passport or Emirates ID must be presented at the time of rental.

1.4. Payment: A valid credit card is required for the security deposit and rental payment. Debit cards or cash are not accepted.

2. Rental Period

2.1. Minimum Rental Period: The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

2.2. Extension: If you wish to extend the rental period, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the end of the current rental period. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.

2.3. Late Return: A late return fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned after the agreed rental period without prior notification.

3. Vehicle Use

3.1. Authorized Drivers: Only the person(s) listed in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle.

3.2. Usage: The vehicle must be used in accordance with UAE traffic laws and regulations. Off-road driving, racing, and towing are strictly prohibited.

3.3. Mileage: A mileage limit may apply to your rental. Additional charges will apply for excess mileage.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1. Insurance: Comprehensive insurance is included in the rental rate. However, a deductible may apply in case of damage or theft.

4.2. Liability: The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle, loss, or theft, up to the deductible amount. The renter is also responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal costs incurred during the rental period.

5. Fuel Policy

5.1. Fuel Level: The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel. The renter must return the vehicle with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge.

5.2. Fuel Type: Only the specified fuel type for the vehicle must be used. Any damage caused by using the wrong fuel type will be the renter’s responsibility.

6. Security Deposit

6.1. Amount: A security deposit will be held on your credit card at the time of rental. The amount will be specified in the rental agreement.

6.2. Refund: The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of returning the vehicle, provided there is no damage, additional charges, or violations.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start time. A cancellation fee may apply.

7.2. No Show: If the renter does not show up at the agreed rental start time without prior notification, a no-show fee will be charged.

8. Breakdown and Accidents

8.1. Breakdown: In case of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 roadside assistance immediately. Do not attempt any repairs yourself.

8.2. Accidents: In case of an accident, contact the police and our emergency number immediately. An accident report must be obtained from the police for insurance purposes.

9. Prohibited Use

9.1. The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to, transporting illegal substances, unauthorized racing, or any other activities that violate UAE laws.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
